Projects
Since 2021 we have designed 111 projects in more than 20 municipalities – streets, municipal roads, housing estates, squares, car parks and zoning plans. Here are some of them, with the actual drawings. Click a drawing to see it full size.

Where we have worked
Every highlighted municipality is a place where we have a project – a street, a road, a neighbourhood or a zoning plan. Click a municipality to see what we did there.
Yug neighbourhood, Svilengrad
Municipality of Svilengrad · 2024 · Technical design · approx. 20,000 m²
The housing estate between Zornitsa, Granichar, Odrin and Kap. Petko Voyvoda streets and Bulgaria Blvd, renewed as one – with a few things you rarely see between apartment blocks:
- a solar-panel canopy over part of the car park;
- lockable bike shelters and enclosures for separated waste;
- playgrounds, sports courts and outdoor fitness, covered by CCTV;
- underground drip irrigation for the trees and shrubs;
- a cycle lane that will later join a wider cycle network;
- gently curving stamped-concrete paths, gazebos and shaded benches.

Georgi Benkovski estate, Yambol
Municipality of Yambol · 2026 · Technical design · 21,000 m² · 685 parking spaces · 12 design disciplines
The paving was broken and in many places missing altogether – after rain or snow, getting between the blocks was hard. The green areas had thinned out, and there was nowhere to sit, play or exercise.
We redesigned the estate as one whole: 685 parking spaces (106 of them accessible), new pavements and asphalt, tactile paving at crossings, street and park lighting, benches, bin areas and new trees of hardy local species. Construction is split into two phases so the whole estate is not dug up at once.

Traffic lights on San Stefano St., Svilengrad
Municipality of Svilengrad · 2025 · Technical design
San Stefano St. is actually the I-8 road to Kapitan Andreevo running through the town. At the junction with Dragan Tsankov St., turning left was dangerous, cars from the side street struggled to join, and pedestrians heading to the stadium had to cross four lanes of traffic.
After a joint site visit with the municipality, the regional road authority and the police, we designed a two-phase signal with an 80-second cycle. There are lit pedestrian crossings in all four directions, with audible signals for blind people and countdown timers. And a detail drivers will appreciate: the design does not require digging up the road.

Lauta St., Trakia district, Plovdiv
Plovdiv – Trakia district · 2026 · Technical design · approx. 600 m · 10 design disciplines
Construction and reconstruction of the street from Prof. Eng. Tsvetan Lazarov St. to Eng. Konstantin Stoyanov St. – not just asphalt but the whole street: pavements, parking, green strips, lighting, water mains and sewers. All disciplines are coordinated in one design so nothing is dug up twice.
The street is almost flat (a gradient of about 0.3%), so the vertical alignment is worked out to the centimetre – so no water is left standing on the carriageway.

New streets by the park in Trakia, Plovdiv
Plovdiv – Trakia district · 2026 · Technical design · 562 m of new streets · 10 design disciplines
Two new streets (322 m and 240 m) following the Trakia district plan, with pavements, parking, green strips towards the park and all the utilities underneath.

Sini Kamani estate, Sliven
Municipality of Sliven · 2025 · Technical design · 20,800 m² · 12 design disciplines
Two whole blocks of the estate, fully renewed: streets and car parks, tree-lined walkways, green areas and places to play and relax. The road part alone is 22 drawings, and everything had to fit around the existing cables, pipes and district-heating line.

Polenitsa – Golyam Tsalim road, Sandanski
Municipality of Sandanski · 2024 · Technical design · 6.4 km
A mountain municipal road between two villages, with tight bends and gradients of up to 9%. We designed its rehabilitation and completion metre by metre – alignment, vertical profile, drainage and traffic management.
