About us
RT Proekt is a small team of engineers based in Plovdiv. Since 2021 we have designed 111 projects – more than 63 km of roads and streets and about 146,000 m² of neighbourhoods, parks and squares, from the Rhodope Mountains to the Silistra region. We work with municipalities, companies and private clients.
We are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 – we work to clear rules for quality and environmental protection.
Why us
You work directly with the designer.
We visit the site before we draw.
Before we start, we inspect the site in person. Many things don’t show up on paper – a tree, a manhole, a garage entrance, water that pools after rain. Better we see them now than the contractor later.
Changes in days, not weeks.
We know how frustrating it is when a revision drags on for weeks. So we make changes promptly and without needless waiting – if something changes on your side, the design changes quickly.

Yug neighbourhood, Svilengrad
2024 · approx. 20,000 m²
A whole neighbourhood renewed as one – with a solar canopy over the car park, lockable bike shelters and drip irrigation for the trees. View project →
Georgi Benkovski estate, Yambol
2026 · 21,000 m² · 685 parking spaces
Broken paving and thinning greenery give way to new walkways, parking, lighting and places to play and relax. View project →

Director
Dr. Eng. Redzhep Topal – managing director and design engineer
I graduated in Road Construction from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) in Sofia, then completed a master’s in Management and Technology of Transport Infrastructure Projects. In 2026 I defended my PhD on “Public-Private Partnership as a Form of Delivering a Construction Investment Project”.
Today I run RT Proekt, but most of my time goes into what I enjoy most – design.
